Each branch will be required to conduct their business in accordance with our internal policies and procedures as well as those found in the NASD (www.nasd.com) Manual. The Branch Manager of each Branch will be responsible for reviewing marketing materials and trading activity as well as maintaining proper records for each of their traders. Pinnacle will manage its overall exposure by giving attention to each branch and their need regarding the licensing of employees, advertising, sales literature and ensuring that each branch is adhering to NASD (www.nasd.com) regulations.
